As a distributor for electromechanical components and optoelectronics we have been very successful in the European market since 1993.
In 2000 our turnover hit the 6,5 million Euro limit for the first time. We plan to keep growing in the future at a 2 digit rate every year.

SMART distribution for relays
Established in 1993 as a franchise operation representing two unknown Asian relay manufacturers, we are now the world’s first SMART distributor and offer Europe’s largest selection of relays.
Our “SMART philosophy” has allowed us to combine the advantages of the franchise and non-franchise structures. Consequently, we can offer our customers the security and service of a franchiser as well as the flexibility and price level of a non-franchiser.

Focus on solenoids
In addition to supplying relays from all manufacturers, we offer a comprehensive range of solenoids. The last few years have seen us systematically expand the range to the point where it is now one of the most extensive in Europe. Our special know-how in the area of solenoids is documented by the large number of design-in contracts we have won. We anticipate continued growth in this segment over the coming years.
Focus on semiconductors
We have geared our efficient dealer network to handle the procurement of active components. As a result, our current semiconductor portfolio includes all the leading chip manufacturers. Of course, we don’t just support customers during allocation spikes, but above all in the long-term business.
Our service for active components is not confined to programming but also includes external testing!
Focus on optoelectronics
Our product portfolio is rounded out by the optoelectronics area. Since the start of 1999, our product range has included low-cost products aimed at the consumer mass market. We can also source TFT screens, lenses and motion sensors on request.

In addition to our contract manufactures, we work with a worldwide network of connected or independent component dealers via whom we have quick access to the products and inventories of almost all manufacturers.
Under the concept, "Global Information System", we support your flexible production planning and are immediately able to balance out unexpected production fluctuations.
This enables us to offer pricing that cannot be attained by any contract distributors or even by one of the manufacturer's own branch offices located here.
Potential price differences can be justified as follows:
- The manufacturer establishes various price levels in various markets
- Individual items are sold in much larger or smaller volumes in a certain market
- There are strong currency fluctuations with EURO/USD or EURO/JPY.

| Individual solutions |
|
Our contract suppliers are able to offer modified solutions that have been technically altered in accordance with special customer requirements. Changes can be made, e.g. to the housing case, the mechanical properties or to the electric / electronic specifications.
